Yes. You create users in bulk by using the new AT&T BusinessDirect "Upload User Profiles" feature. Here's how:
- From the AT&T BusinessDirect home page, select Edit Profile.
- Select Manage Profile, and then select Upload User Profiles.
- From the "Upload User Profiles" screen, browse at your local machine to locate the file you wish to upload.
Note: You can upload only Microsoft® Excel® and CSV files with preset specifications. The template files have been provided on the screen for you to download and use to complete the data gathering. - Once you locate the file, click Upload File.
- You will be taken to the thank-you page if no file errors are encountered.
- If errors are found, you will have option to correct the errors and reload the files, or skip the error records and submit the rest of the records.
- The file will be processed during the nightly batch update, and you will receive a report to the email address on your AT&T BusinessDirect profile.
- When the upload file is successfully processed, the users that were successfully created will be seen on the AT&T BusinessDirect profile.
