How do I get the status of an order that I placed through AT&T BusinessDirect?

From the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page, click on Order Business Services under "Inside Tools". Then click on Status in the left-hand column. 

If you cannot view your orders online, you will need to contact one of the following AT&T Worldwide Customer Service Centers:

  • Dedicated Customer Care: 877 212-7900 (Signature Accounts)
  • Global Customer Care: 877 212-9500 (Enterprise Accounts) 

Both centers support customers with AT&T SDN, OneNet, VTNS, and Data Services.
