How can I check the status of my online orders for switched voice services?

  • Click on Order Business Services from the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page.
  • Select Status on the left-hand navigation bar.
  • Select
Project Number or Account Record in the Search By drop-down menu.
  • Choose Switched Voice Outbound or Switched Voice Inbound from the
Service Type drop-down menu.
  • Select the applicable Master Customer Number (MCN).

In addition, you may further limit your search by selecting from the three optional search fields: date, current user ID or all user IDs.
