You can obtain order status in several different ways. When you submit an order using AT&T eOrder, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that the order has been received by AT&T. This acknowledgement will contain an order number, which is also the project number for the order.
In addition, you can check order status by clicking on Order Business Services on the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page and then selecting Status on the left-hand navigation bar. You can search for status using the order number or your companys Master Customer Number (MCN).
