Yes, you can access the AT&T eMaintenance tool on AT&T BusinessDirect^® using your PDA. To do so, you will need an AT&T BusinessDirect^® user ID and password, and you must be registered to use the AT&T eMaintenance tool specifically. The URL you would use to access AT&T eMaintenance on your PDA is www.mobile.businessdirect.att.com. 

To view the AT&T BusinessDirect^® site from a mobile device, these capabilities are required:
