Trouble tickets can be created for the following services:

  • Inbound and outbound switched voice services
  • Inbound, outbound, and shared nodal services
  • Domestic and international frame relay/ATM services
  • Domestic and international private line services
  • Domestic INCS
  • Domestic and international AVPN service transport only
