How do I disconnect outbound switched voice lines for AT&T VTNS, OneNet or SDN Service?

To disconnect outbound switched voice lines for AT&T OneNet, VTNS or SDN Service, select Order Business Services under Inside Tools on the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page. Select Change Service from the left-hand navigation bar and then choose Remove Tel from AT&T Location. This order will not actually disconnect the telephone number; rather, it will remove the switched line from the AT&T OneNet, SDN or VTNS rate plan. Therefore, in addition to issuing the order, you must also contact your local service provider to disconnect the telephone number. If you do not contact the local company to disconnect the line, you will continue to receive Thrifty bills until the local company notifies AT&T that your telephone line was disconnected.
