Change requests can be submitted in a number of ways. The correct way for your specific service is described in the service information initially provided to you by AT&T. Two commonly used ways include:
- The Manage My Network Security (MACD) option is accessed from the AT&T Security Center under the My Services menu or from the dashboard.
- The Security Self Service option is accessed from the AT&T Security Center under the My Services menu or from the dashboard.
