If you have use AT&T eMaintenance for Transport Services, (i.e., voice and data services) on the home page you can choose Display All Open located in the lower right-hand section of the home page.
If you use eMaintenance for How can I see all of my open trouble tickets? , click on the home page and then choose any ticket status except Cancel or Closed in your search parameters and click on Submit. You have the ability to search for closed Managed Services tickets for up to a running 13 month window.
