The AT&T eOrder tool sends you an e-mail acknowledging that AT&T received your order. The tool also allows you to enter up to five additional e-mail addresses that will receive notification of your orders.

In addition, you can arrange for your AT&T Account Team to receive e-mail notification of orders you place using the AT&T eOrder tool. To set this up, your AT&T BusinessDirect^® Company Administrator must update the AT&T eOrder registration information at the company level.
