The AT&T BusinessDirect® Portfolio includes several Help options in addition to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). You can:
- Get training material, such as tutorials, web-based seminars, and schedules for classroom sessions, by clicking on the AT&T BusinessDirect® Learning Center image located on the right side of the FAQ Help page/screen. Or to access the Learning Center from the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page, click on Training & Site Support and then select AT&T BusinessDirect Learning Center.
- Chat Live with a Support Representative by clicking on the "Questions? Chat Live" icon.
- Speak with a Support Representative by calling the AT&T BusinessDirect Support Line at 800 221-0000.
