Why is my from email address wrong in the Analyze and Monitor Call Data tool?

If you have recently changed the email address in your AT&T BusinessDirect® profile, you must also update your Analyze and Monitor Call Data (AMCD) profile. From within the AMCD tool, please follow these steps:

  • Click Account.
  • Click BD User Profile.
  • Click Update to Local.
  • This will update the AMCD profile with the email and time zone from your AT&T BusinessDirect® profile.
