Access to AT&T BusinessDirect^® is controlled by your Company Administrator. The Company Administrator has responsibility for creating or deleting user IDs, making changes to user profiles, and granting access to the tools available on AT&T BusinessDirect^®. You can find out who your Company Administrator is by clicking on Edit Profile from the AT&T BusinessDirect^® home page and selecting Manage Profile. Then, under the Company Profile section, select View Company Administrator List.
