How can I view the payment activity for my company's account?

From the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page, click View, Analyze and Pay Your Bill under

Inside Tools. On the main menu bar, select Payment and then click View Payment Activity.

A status of "submitted" will appear for all transactions that have been successfully submitted for processing.
A status of "unauthorized" will appear for transactions that failed validation and were therefore not submitted for processing.
