Can I use AT&T BusinessDirect from the road, or on someone else's computer?

Yes, you can access AT&T BusinessDirect® from any computer with Internet access and a web browser of Internet Explorer (IE) 8.0 or higher. AT&T BusinessDirect is certified to run on the following browsers:

  • IE8, IE9, IE10 and IE11 up to Version 11.0.9600.17633CO
  • Mozilla Firefox: Version 36.0 and 31.0
  • Chrome: Version - 40.0.2214.115 m

Please note that Internet Explorer 7 will no longer be supported, although you may find that it continues to work adequately on your system

AT&T BusinessDirect has not been certified to run on other browsers such as Apple Safari. While customers have been able to access the portal with those browsers, these customers sometimes experience unpredictable results.

 
If you are experiencing issues with any of the supported browsers, it is recommended that you clear your cache and cookies, close the browser and then try again. The steps to clear your browser are included below.

 Here are the steps to follow for clearing the cache in Internet Explorer 8:

  • Choose Tools > Internet Options.
  • Click the Browsing History Delete button.
  • Uncheck the box Preserve Favorites Website Data.
  • Click Delete.
  • Click OK.
  • Close all browser windows, whether they are AT&T BusinessDirect or not.


Here are the steps to follow for clearing the cache in Internet Explorer 9, 10 & 11:

  • Choose Tools > Safety.
  • Click the Browsing History Delete button.
  • Uncheck the box Preserve Favorites Website Data.
  • Click Delete.
  • Click OK.
  • Close all browser windows, whether they are AT&T BusinessDirect or not.


Here are the steps to follow for clearing the cache in Chrome 40:

  • Click on the Chrome Control Box in the upper right hand corner.
  • Click on History.
  • Click on Clear Browsing data.


Here are the steps to follow for clearing the cache in Mozilla Firefox 36.0 and 31.0:

  • Click on Tools > Options.
  • From the Network Tab, click on Clear Now beside Cache and Clear Now beside Offline Web Content and User Data.
  • Click on OK.
