The AT&T BusinessDirections℠ feature allows you to contact AT&T in several ways.
Live Chat is available Monday through Friday (except holidays), 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time for direct agent assistance. Simply click on the "Questions? Chat Live" icon located on the lower right side of the home page or on the upper center of selected tools.You also have access to the Contact button on the right-hand side of every screen to take you to AT&T BusinessDirections℠, where you can search our knowledgebase of Frequently Asked Questions or create an e-mail for the AT&T BusinessDirect Center. The Communicate and Help links in the top horizontal navigation bar also provide access to the same AT&T BusinessDirections℠ features.
Lastly, many of the tools accessible via AT&T BusinessDirect have a "Write Us" link in the top navigation bar, which can be used to send e-mails to AT&T on questions regarding that tool.
