From the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page, click View, Analyze and Pay Your Bill under Inside Tools. On the main menu bar, select Pay Bill and then click View Payment History.
A status of "pending" means that payments have been successfully processed in the AT&T billing system, but do not yet appear on a bill.
A status of processed means that payments have been successfully processed in the AT&T billing system and do appear on a bill.
