How do I create a new trouble ticket for a specific managed service, product, location ID, or asset ID?

You can create a new trouble ticket from the AT&T eMaintenance home page, which you can access by clicking on Report and Track Troubles from the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page. If you use AT&T eMaintenance for Managed Services, then once you are on the home page, click on Create Ticket, and you will be guided through the ticket-creation process.
