Follow these steps to change your email address:
1. From the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page, click on Edit Profile, then select Manage Profile, and then click on Update Personal Profile under the User Profile section.
2. Scroll to the email address field and make the required update.
3. Click Submit at the bottom of the page. You will see a message confirmation screen that the changes have been made.
In addition, you or your company administrator will receive offline notification of the email change.
