If you use AT&T eMaintenance for Transport Services (i.e., voice and data services), from the home page click on the Ticket Status tab in the main menu bar, then choose AT&T Closed as your search type and then click on Submit. You can search for closed Transport tickets for up to a running 90 days timeframe.
If you use AT&T eMaintenance for Managed Services, from the home page click on Search Ticket and then choose the ticket status of Closed in your search parameters and click on Submit. You can search for closed Managed Services tickets for up to a running 13 month timeframe.
