AT&T provides an online tutorial to give you more information on the Analyze & Monitor Call Data tool. To access the tutorial, click on Training & Site Support in the top navigation bar on the AT&T BusinessDirect^® home page. Under Training, select AT&T BusinessDirect^® Learning Center. Under Performance Reporting Tools, click on Analyze & Monitor Call Data and navigate to the tutorial. In addition, you can contact your AT&T Account Executive to arrange for a demonstration of the Analyze & Monitor Call Data tool.
