The Company Administrator must have the following information prior to creating a user group within AT&T BusinessDirect:
- The name of the group.
- A list of applications that the group is intended to have.
- The User ID of the initial user who is provisioned for all the applications the group must have. Subsequent users added to the group will automatically inherit the applications and application setup privileges of the group.
- List of all the additional users that are candidates for this group. These users may then be searched and added to the group from the Add Additional User page; from the Create User Group page; or from the Update User Group page.
