If I use the AT&T eOrder tool to order a account number or toll-free number, how can I find out what the new number is?

From the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page, click on Order Business Services under Inside Tools and then select Status from the left-hand navigation bar. Search for the project number of your order and you will see the information in the Order Description box.
