In the Report and Track Trouble tool, what information is provided by the Ticket Auto-Status and Test Auto-Status features?

The Ticket Auto-Status feature provides frequent status reporting on your tickets; it changes the background colors on tickets to alert you to a change in ticket status.

The Test Auto-Status feature, when enabled, tracks and provides frequent status on requested tests.
