Can I request credit for wrong numbers on my long distance or toll-free service?

Yes, you can request adjustments for wrong numbers.

  • On the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page, click Accessing Your Account.
  • Select the bill date where the call appears and navigate to the "Call Detail" section of your bill, where itemized calls appear.
  • Click on the call in question to obtain a listing. From the same screen, you can submit an online adjustment for a disputed call.
