What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, go to the AT&T BusinessDirect® login page at www.BusinessDirect.att.com , and click on Forgot Your Password? Enter your User Login and e-mail address, click Continue.

To confirm your identity, you will need to provide the correct answer to the 2 security questions (see Note). Once you have successfully answered the security questions, you will be able to create a new password.

If after 5 attempts you are unsuccessful in answering your security questions, please contact the AT&T BusinessDirect Hotline at 1-800-221-0000, Prompts #1, 1 for assistance.
