A user ID is "locked" if a password is entered incorrectly five consecutive times or has been inactive for 180 days. Once your password is locked, you will not be able to log in to AT&T BusinessDirect® until your user ID is unlocked by your AT&T BusinessDirect® company administrator.
Alternatively, you can get your user ID unlocked by calling the AT&T BusinessDirect® Center at 1 800 221-0000, prompt 1.
