  • 5G Gateway with a preinstalled SIM card
  • Power supply unit
  • Quick start guide
  • Safety information guide

Get started

  1. Make sure you activate your service.
  2. Place your 5G gateway in the location you want it. The best place is on a shelf, near a window.
  3. Plug one end of the power supply into the gateway and the other end into a power outlet.
  4. Wait for the gateway to connect to the AT&T mobile network. This can take up to three minutes.
  5. Check your 4G and 5G LED status lights to make sure you have the best signal. If they are red or off, change locations until you get a better signal.
    • Green: Strong signal
    • Blue: Fair signal
    • Red: Weak signal
