Use the admin portal

The AT&T Internet Air for business admin portal lets you check your network, view connected devices, and manage Wi-Fi details.

Access the portal

To sign in, make sure you’re using a device connected to your network.

  1. Go to the Internet Air web admin portal.
  2. Enter your password. If this is your first time signing in, the default password is admin. You may be asked to update your password once you sign in.
  3. Select Login. Once signed in, you can choose the area you’d like to view or update.

Good to know: If you forget your admin portal password, complete a factory reset.
