If we are unable to resolve the problem, you may set up an installation appointment to have an AT&T Professional Installer assist you. A $150 charge may apply.

Note: If you did not purchase your modem or router from AT&T, AT&T Technical Support can only determine whether the problem is with your DSL line. Any other problems should be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
