Correct an Invalid Page message in Internet Explorer

NOTE: SaveNow is known to cause Invalid Page Fault errors on some systems when trying to start Internet Explorer. It can not be disabled in the Startup Menu.
To correct an Invalid Page message in Internet Explorer, do the following:
  1. Close all programs.
  2. Click the Start button.
  3. Select Control Panel.
  4. Select Add/Remove Programs.
  5. Select the Save Now program from the Applications list on the Install/Uninstall tab.
  6. Click Add/Remove.
  7. If you are prompted to confirm the removal, click Yes.
  8. Select WhenUShop from the Applications list.
  9. Click Add/Remove.
  10. If you are prompted to confirm the removal, click Yes.
  11. When Internet Explorer starts and opens to a Web page thanking you for trying WhenUShop and asking you to complete a survey, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit.
  12. Click If you don't want to re-install WhenUShop, please click here.
  13. Close Internet Explorer.
  14. In the Add/Remove Programs Properties dialog box, click OK.
  15. Restart the computer.
  16. When the computer restarts, open Internet Explorer.
  17. Click Tools.
  18. Select Internet Options.
  19. On the General tab, under Temporary Internet files, click Settings.
  20. In the Settings dialog box, click View Objects.
  21. Open the Downloaded Program Files dialog box.
  22. If a WhenuDownload Class item appears in the Program File list, right-click it.
  23. Select Remove from the pop-up menu.
  24. When you receive a message similar to the following: WhenUDownload Class will be removed permanently. Are you sure?, click Yes.
  25. Close the Downloaded Program Files dialogue box.
  26. Click OK on the Settings box.
  27. Click OK on the Internet Properties box.
  28. Restart the computer.
