No, paperless billing is an optional benefit and is not a requirement when registering for AT&amp;T online account management. You may pay your bill online while continuing to receive a paper statement via regular mail. However, should you change your mind after you&#39;ve registered, you may enroll in paperless billing at any time by:<ol><li><a href="https://smb.att.com/olam/loginAction.olamexecute?customerType=L" target="_blank" title="Link opens in a new window ">Sign in</a> with your User ID and Password.</li><li>Select from the Top Nav Profile at the top of the page and select <strong>Billing and Payment</strong> options.</li><li>Select <strong>Edit paperless bill settings</strong>.<br></li><li>Follow the online instructions</li></ol>
