Get your account balance and due date

It’s easy to find out what you owe and when it’s due.

INSTRUCTIONS & INFO

Check your balance info in myAT&T

Go to My bill (sign in, if asked). You’ll see the balance and due date for each account linked to your user ID. If you signed up for AutoPay, we’ll show your scheduled payment date.

Don’t see your due date?  Select Download bill.

Posting and payment info
  • You can see your bill info online 8 to 10 days after your bill period ends. If you don’t see it, check back soon.
  • Your bill is usually due around the same time each month. We may charge a late payment fee if you don't pay your full balance by the due date.
