Use your phone to call back the last number that called you, even if you didn’t answer the phone.
Activate from your phone
At the dial tone, press *69.
If the line is available, the call will go through.
If the line is busy, hang up. Call Return is active and will attempt to reach the number every 60 seconds for the next 30 minutes. When the number is no longer busy, you will hear a special notification ring on your phone. Pick up your receiver. When you pick up the receiver, Call Return will place the call for you.
Deactivate from your phone
At the dial tone, press *89.
After the recorded message confirming your cancellation, hang up.
You can still make and receive calls during the period the feature is activated but your phone will ring back only if your line is free.
If you pick up the phone after the special ring and get a busy signal, the other person is already on another call.
If calls are dialed to a number outside your local calling area, usage and long-distance charges may apply.
This feature only returns incoming calls. Use Repeat Dialing to return the last call you made.
This service is not available in all areas.
