Automatic payment start date

Continue to pay the whole amount due by the due date listed until your bill says that the amount due will be automatically paid by your bank account or credit/debit card.

Automatic payments

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the automatic payments to start. Your bill will display a notice at the top of the page when the payments will be deducted from your bank account or credit/debit card.

You will have time to review your statement before it is automatically paid in case you have any billing questions.

If you receive a suspension notice due to past due charges, those charges will need to be paid by the date on the notice to avoid service interruption.

If the automatic payments do not start and you submitted your online form more than two months ago, please contact us.

To verify your automatic payment preferences:
  1. Sign in to your online account.
  2. Once signed in, select view profile from the Top Nav Profile at the top of the page.
  3. Select Billing and Payment options.
  4. Select Manage Auto Pay.
