For small business customers, please call a number from our Contact Us page. If you want to transfer responsibility of an account to another party, you and the current account holder will need to call the AT&T Service Center to request the transfer. A Service Representative will need to verify with the current account holder that a transfer is what he/she would like to do.

You will be asked to verify what services and features should be retained. The transfer may not be completed by telephone without authorization from the person currently responsible for the account. Our AT&T Service Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. ET. The number for the Service Center is 888.944.0447.
