Troubleshoot sign in issues

If you have difficulty signing in, you may need to check that your web browser meets our computer requirements:

The web browser must be capable of 128-bit encryption so it can support Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts all data transferred over the Internet. You may use any computer that meets these requirements.

Use IE 5.0 or higher or Netscape 6.2 or higher or a similar level browser.

Set your browser to accept cookies and set a security level for the Internet zone. (Accepting temporary cookies is sufficient.) You can find instructions describing how to do this in your browser's Help system.
