Recover your AT&T sign in name

What to do if you forget your sign-in name.

Ways to get your sign-in name

We provide two ways to get your sign-in name if you forget it. See the two options below.

Option 1:
I forgot my sign-in name BUT remember the answer to my secret question.

  1. Click I forgot my sign-in name on the sign in page.
  2. Enter your email address (used when you registered on our Web site).
  3. Enter the answers to the security questions selected when you registered for your online account.

Your current sign-in name is emailed to you after successfully answering your security questions.

Note: If you forgot the email address that you registered with or answers to your secret questions, go to option 2.

Option 2:
I forgot my sign-in name AND the answer to my secret question.

Contact us if you have forgotten your sign-in name, your email address (used for registration), and/or the answers to your security questions.
