Reset your password

Follow these steps to recover or reset your password:

1. From the Sign in screen, enter your login name, then click I forgot my password.
2. You are then prompted to answer your security question. When you answer this question correctly, you can do one of the following:
   • Upon successfully answering of your security questions, you can access your account immediately and be prompted to change your password.
   • Have your password emailed to you.
