Re-start your paper bills

Sign in and start receiving paper bills again.

Here's how

To start receiving paper bills in the U.S. mail again:
  1. Sign in with your user ID and password.
  2. Select View profile found in the top navigation area near logout button.
  3. Select Billing & payment options and then select Edit paperless bill settings.
  4. Select Edit paperless bill settings.
  5. Follow the instructions to start your paper bill.

After you restart your paper bills:
  • Monthly billing statements will be sent via U.S. mail beginning in approximately 1-2 months, depending on your billing cycle.
  • You can still view and pay your bills online.
