About your billing due date

Your payment is due each month upon receipt. The bill is considered past due after the current charges past due date located on the front of bill remittance document. If you need to pay your bill after this date, you can either make payment arrangements online or contact us before the late payment date.

Heads up: We're working to keep you connected 24/7. As part of this effort, we'll waive:

  • Late payment fees for wireless or broadband small business customers.
  • Domestic wireless plan overage charges for data, voice, or text for small business wireless customers.

The waiver applies to these fees or charges you may incur between March 13, 2020, and May 13, 2020, due to economic hardship related to the coronavirus pandemic. Have your user ID and password ready and submit a waiver request.
