Learn if you have to suppress your bill in order to make an online payment.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFODetails
No, paperless billing is an optional benefit and is not a requirement when registering for AT&T online account management. You may pay your bill online while continuing to receive a paper statement via regular mail. However, should you change your mind after you have registered, you may enroll in paperless billing at any time by:
- Sign in with your User ID and Password.
- Select View profile found in the top navigation area near logout button.
- Select Billing and Payment options.
- Select Edit paperless billing.
- Follow the online instructions.
