How to check and pay your installment balance online

Managing your installment plan online with myAT&T or the myAT&T app is easy. Don't have the app? Get it now. Text and data rates may apply when you download and use the app.

Here's how to check and pay your balance:
  1. Go to Installment plan details. If you have more than 1 device, select the device you want to view.
  2. Select Make a plan payment to pay off your device or pay the amount needed to upgrade, if applicable.

Important details

  • Once submitted, payments are final.
  • You may be able to unlock your device after you pay off its installment plan. Get info about device unlock eligibility
  • If you have an AT&T Signature Program discount, you can only pay with a checking or savings account.
  • While we don’t accept extra monthly payments on installment balances, you can pay off your full remaining balance anytime. If you have a turn-in eligible plan, you may want to consider turning in your smartphone and upgrading to a new device instead. Eligible plans include AT&T Installment Plan with Next UpSM, AT&T Next®, and AT&T Next Every Year®.

Have a buy-one, get-one device on an installment plan and want to view your monthly credit for your free device? Just check your bill. Look for it under Make a payment on your current bill, or Previous activity on last month’s bill.
