The amount shown on the Payments
tab of your online account shows the most current balance, payments and credits made since your paper bill was created. If the amount shown on the payments tab does not match the amount shown on your paper bill, please pay the amount shown on the payments tab.
Your online AT&T account
presents a variety of billing and payment information about your account. To see your most current account balance:
- Sign in to your online AT&T account.
- Select Billing and Payment options.
- Select Manage payment options.
- Select make a payment.
