No, paperless billing is an optional benefit and is not a requirement when registering for AT&T online account management. You may pay your bill online while continuing to receive a paper statement via regular mail. However, should you change your mind after you've registered, you may enroll in paperless billing at any time by:
- Sign in with your User ID and Password.
- Select from the Top Nav Profile at the top of the page and select Billing and Payment options.
- Select Edit paperless bill settings.
