Step 1 - Gather the information you need for registration.
To log in to your account for the first time you'll need:
If you are a customer with a wireless service contract, your FAN PIN. This is the PIN you received when you first set up your AT&T wireless business account. If you need help with your FAN PIN call 611 on your AT&T mobile phone for assistance.
If you are a customer without a service contract, your PASSCODE. This is the code you received when you signed up for service and use when contacting Customer Care.
Your billing account number (BTN).
A valid email address.
Heads up: To make sure you don't miss an automatic bill notification, review and update your billing contact information as soon as you are logged in.
If you need help with your FAN PIN or PASSCODE, you can call 611 from your AT&T mobile phone for assistance.
Verify your identity and choose your security options.
Receive an email or text with a Validation Code and enter the code to confirm access to the account.
Create a new user ID and Password. (Click the question mark for formatting rules.)
Accept Terms and Conditions.
Enroll in paperless billing (not presented if already enrolled).
Review your selections on the Confirmation page.
Call wireless customer service by dialing 611 from your AT&T mobile phone. We're available every day, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. local time.
Yes. Now that your account is moved to myAT&T for Business, you can download and use the myAT&T app. Go to att.com/myattapp on your smartphone or tablet, or text the word myATT to 556699 from any device. We’ll send you a link, so you can download the app. The app can also be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play™ store.

No, your wireless account number is the same.
Yes. After you go to myAT&T for Business and register for a user ID, you will be able to see all your current account information. This includes rate plans and feature information.
Yes. You can link your business wireless account to your other AT&T accounts using the same User ID and password that you've already registered.
Sign in to myAT&T using your existing User ID and password.
In the My linked accounts section, select Link another account,
Enter the AT&T phone number or account number and the billing ZIP Code of the wireless account you would like to add.
Follow instructions to complete the process.
The account owner is the person or company financially responsible for the account. The account owner designates who can manage the account online, either primary or secondary.
After you receive your myAT&T for Business user ID, you can log in to pay bills for your wireless accounts. If you manually pay your bill online, you will need to enter your credit card information the first time you pay your bill on myAT&T for Business.
Heads up: After you log in for the first time, you can see and pay the amount you owe. However, you may not be able to view your current bill detail and bill history (up to 24 months) until the next bill cycle. Until then, please refer to your paper bill.
Yes. During the myAT&T for Business registration process you will have the opportunity to enroll in paperless billing. Once you’re enrolled in paperless billing you can take the next step and go AutoPay.
No. The move will not change your AutoPay and/or paperless billing selections. If you would like to view your bill, you will first need to register on either the myAT&T app or the myAT&T for Business desktop experience.
