Internet bill coning $5 more for past 3 months despite informing at&t
From last 3 months we have been getting $85 bill when the monthly bill is $80. Also our Auto pay is set up. I will lodge a complain about this issue. Deeply disappointed. Have been back and forth with customer service but no result. Seeing this increase in bill even after enabling auto -pay for more than 2 months now. Missing a confirmation of my equipment return
Sorry this is not about U-Verse TV, however; my email confirmation took me to this page. We returned Direct TV equipment and received confirmation of only one piece of equipment. There were several pieces of equipment in the box. PLEASE , someone tell me how to get confirmation on all pieces of equipment
