Like a fuel gauge for your body, Fitbit One tracks your calories burned, steps taken, distance walked, and stairs climbed. It monitors your sleep cycle to help you learn how to sleep better, and at the end of the night it vibrates to gently wake you.

Fitbit One is your training buddy. It automatically and wirelessly downloads your stats to your PC and Mac where you can set goals, add your food and water intake, monitor your weight, and manage your Fitbit One.

There’s an app for that too. In addition to PC and Mac syncing, the Fitbit One can also sync to your iPhone® 4S, iPhone 5, and 3rd generation iPad®, iPod touch® and select Android™ phones; giving you real-time access to monitor and manage your Fitbit One. If you don’t have one of these devices, that’s no problem; the Fitbit app will retrieve the data that was automatically downloaded via your computer and sync it with the app.
