Wireless Home Phone is a Commercial Mobile Radio Service and may be operated while in motion. It may  be used with home phone equipment in a residence or office and may be taken on vacation, in an RV or a hotel. International roaming is not enabled. Wireless Home Phone ("WHP") device is designed to provide service consistent with other AT&T mobile wireless devices. 911 calls are routed based on the wireless network’s automatic location technology. For emergency calls, you may have to provide your location address to the 911 operator. WHP has a backup battery in the event of a power outage. However, a landline phone requiring separate electric power to operate (e.g., cordless phones) connected to a WHP will not place or receive calls (including 911 calls) during a power outage. Corded/cordless landline home phone equipment is not included. Provides voice service. Data and messaging services excluded. Not compatible with home security systems, fax machines, medical alert and monitoring systems, credit card machines, IP/PBX Phone systems, or dial-up Internet service. May not be compatible with your home answering machines and DVR/ Satellite systems, please check with your provider. DSL customers should contact their provider before transferring a phone number to ensure uninterrupted DSL internet service. Performance can be impacted by terrain, location, in-building obstacles, and other factors. Rollover® Minutes: Unused Anytime Minutes expire after the 12th billing period. Night & Weekend Minutes and Mobile-to-Mobile Minutes do not roll over. WHP device is free with a 2-year wireless agreement. Subject to Wireless Customer Agreement. Credit approval required. Activation fee up to $36/line. Geographic, usage, and other terms, conditions, and restrictions apply, and may result in service termination. Coverage and services not available everywhere. Taxes and other charges apply. Early Termination Fee After 14 days, ETF up to $150. Restocking fee up to $35. Other Monthly Charges/Line: may include federal and state universal svc charges, a Regulatory Cost Recovery Charge (up to $1.25), a gross receipts surcharge, an Administrative fee, and other government assessments.
