When you sign up for an AT&T Connected Life professional monitoring plan from Abode, you will be asked to create a monitoring PIN. The Abode monitoring center will use this PIN to verify your identity if there’s an alarm.
You can change your PIN anytime in the Connected Life app:
Select the menu icon (≡).
Select your name to open your profile.
Tap Professional monitoring PIN. (This option is only available if you have the professional plan).
Follow the prompts to update your PIN.
Select Save.
Please remember or make a note of this PIN. You’ll have to provide it to the Abode monitoring center operator to verify or disarm an alarm.
